EFDA Registration Process |

Ohio State Dental Board has initiated the Ohio EFDA
Registration process as of 2007. The EFDA registration
application is currently downloadable on their website.
You may go to their web site at
www.dental.ohio.gov/ or click here to download
the application. |

you are a current Ohio EFDA, your state registration
application is due May 12th, 2007. |
